Relational Wellness Monthly Support Group

Sometimes we stop recognizing ourselves in the relationships that mean the most. We disconnect from our needs and emotions, convincing ourselves that we’re okay. Each month, we'll engage in practices to reconnect with ourselves and what it means to nurture authentic relationships.

How often do you find yourself saying, "I've got it," when what you really want is help or to be held?
At our next wellness gathering we'll explore why receiving care can feel so uncomfortable, how our nervous system has learned to protect us, and what it takes to let ourselves be supported without guilt or shame. Through creative reflection, writing, and a make-your-own stationary craft, we'll reimagine what it means to lean on others—and discover that we were never meant to carry everything alone.

Registration is required.
