1 on 1 Mentorship Sessions
1-on-1 conversation with Isha, Career and Education Coordinator of YAMT. These sessions are a space to ask questions, receive guidance, and gain tools and skills for education, employment, and/or business development goals.
Offered Daily, Advanced Registration Required
Open Focus Lab (General Co-Working Space)
Sometimes the hardest part of navigating our goals is just sitting down and starting, and this session exists to hold that space with you. Open Focus Lab is a dedicated hour of co-working space where you bring whatever you're working on and get it done. Beginning with a brief breathwork and intention setting practice, the rest of the time is yours to work on any tasks from study, emails, or business planning materials, all while having the opportunity to work with our Career & Education program coordinator if needed. (Pre-registration not required)
Tuesdays at 3pm ET - Virtual, Join Meeting Room
Refusing Business Burnout (Small Business/Contractor Focused Coworking Space)
A virtual meet-up designed specifically for survivor-led business owners to build practical systems for the month ahead. Together, we’ll create realistic monthly plans that help turn big ideas, goals, and vague intentions into actionable next steps without overwhelming to-do lists or burnout. Participants will receive a monthly planning template to organize priorities, identify manageable commitments, and stay aligned between sessions. By the end of each workshop, participants will leave with a clearer plan for their business and connection to a community of fellow survivor entrepreneurs navigating growth together. (Pre-registration not required)
Thursday, June 11th at 7pm ET - Virtual - Join Meeting Room
Returning to School After Survival: Building a Sustainable Academic Identity:
A workshop for survivors who are already in school or thinking about returning to school. We will focus on building a sustainable approach to coursework that accounts for real-life capacity, energy shifts, competing responsibilities, and overwhelm. Participants will learn about executive functioning tools to manage assignments, plan their weeks, and break down academic demands into manageable steps without overextension or perfectionism. We also cover how to set realistic expectations, pace yourself through the semester, and plan ahead for when things get difficult without losing momentum..
Thursday, June 25th from 6:00 to 7:30pm ET - Virtual , Pre-Registration Required
