I believe that everyone deserves a space where they can feel heard, understood, and supported without judgment. As an MSW Clinical Intern, I strive to create a welcoming environment where clients can show up as themselves and feel comfortable exploring their experiences at their own pace. 

My approach is grounded in empathy, collaboration, and trauma-informed care. I’m especially interested in supporting individuals navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, life transitions, self-esteem, relationships, and the lasting impact of childhood and family experiences. 

I recognize that healing looks different for everyone. Rather than assuming what healing should look like for you, I hope to work alongside you in identifying your strengths, understanding your experiences, and developing tools that support your individual goals and well-being. 

Who is your ideal client?

My ideal client is someone who wants a space where they can be honest about what they’re experiencing without feeling judged or pressured to have everything figured out. I’m especially interested in working with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, low self-esteem, relationship or family concerns, and difficult life transitions. I’m also interested in exploring how past experiences, including childhood and family relationships, may continue to affect how someone feels, thinks, or navigates life today. You don’t have to know exactly what to say or where to start. I want to meet you where you are, understand what matters to you, and work together toward the changes you want to see in your life.

How does your practice affirm BIPOC and LGBTQ+ individuals?

I want my clients to feel like they can bring their full selves into the room without having to explain, hide, or minimize parts of who they are. I recognize that race, culture, sexuality, gender identity, family, community, and lived experiences can all influence how we see ourselves and navigate the world. I also understand that discrimination, stigma, and systemic barriers can have a real impact on a person’s experiences and well-being. I approach these conversations with openness, respect, and a willingness to listen and learn rather than make assumptions. Most importantly, I want each client to feel respected for who they are and comfortable talking about the experiences and identities that matter most to them.
