About
My approach to care is person-centered, collaborative, and of the fundamental belief that we are experts of our own lived experiences and can access healing toward our own self-determination. Grounded in a high level of empathy, you can expect nonjudgmental, trauma-informed, compassionate, straightforward guidance and feedback from me where I take care to build trust and authenticity in our therapeutic alliance.
I am a survivor of my own gender based violence, housing displacement, and systemic oppression. Survivors needs support, resources, and the genuine care of competent providers.
How does your practice affirm BIPOC and LGBTQ+ individuals?
My work is rooted in supporting those of us at the margins through cultural relevance, humility, and responsibility.
