+ What populations does YAMT serve?

We support adult survivors of domestic trafficking & exploitation and primarily focus on marginalized communities, particularly Black, Indigenous, Latina/o, People Of Color communities and LGBTQ+ survivor communities.

If you do not identify as a trafficking survivor - we are here to support individuals that identify as sex workers or those who have been negatively impacted by the commercial sex industry.


+ Are there any costs to gain access to services?

No, all of our services are completely free!


+ Do I have to identify as a marginalized survivor in order to receive services?

Yes, we prioritize providing culturally specific support services to Black, Indigenous, People of Color and LGBTQ+ individuals.


+ Do you only serve cis-female, heterosexual, femme presenting survivors?

No, we serve survivors regardless of gender identity or sexual orientation and aim to center the voices of QTBIPOC survivor communities.

+ Is there a limit to the amount of time that I can access services at YAMT?

Each program will have different requirements, our intake coordinator will give you details about each program upon intake.


+ Do I have to be fully exited from the commercial sex industry in order to receive services?

At this time we can only support survivors who are fully exited from the commercial sex industry (if you require crisis or exiting services support). If you do not require case management or crisis services, you do not have to be fully exited.
