A little about me:

I am a trans non-binary & queer survivor advocate, activist, and lived experience expert located in Denver. I currently work as a Program Manager at a nonprofit, have my own trauma-informed bodywork, massage, and reiki practice, and engage on a consultant basis specializing in LGBTQ+ DEAI work and survivor allyship. I have a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Integrative Healthcare and believe in whole-person healing.

What peer mentor relationships do you thrive in?

I typically thrive with individuals who are working towards boundary setting, empowerment, and self-sufficiency. I'm also an entrepreneur so I love helping folx get started to create the life that they envision for themselves. Humor has truly been one of the most life-saving coping mechanisms for me so people can definitely expect to see that in our relationship.

What made you become a peer mentor?

I have mentored and been mentored throughout many monumental stages of my life. I firmly believe in the power of community healing and want to be able to share that with others.

What area of support would be most aligned with your work with mentees?

› Community Resource Navigation

› Job Preparation/ Support

› Education

› Emotional Skill Building

› Providing a listening ear

How do you take care of yourself when helping others?

In my free time, you can finding me hiking, running, or skiing in the mountains, dancing at concerts, connecting with friends over shared meals, or basking in the sun at the park.
